Your contributions to the Rowan County United Way are far-reaching and help to develop the minds, bodies and spirits of those who need it most.

Each year, United Way helps thousands of caring donors channel their contributions to good causes. Their gifts are carefully divided among 16 agencies that have proven success in helping those who need it the most.

Whether it’s helping to send a Boy Scout to camp, assisting victims of domestic violence or making sure that the homebound get a hot meal each day from Meals on Wheels, your gift will go toward helping someone right here in the community. Rowan County United Way helps us all unite to make a powerful difference.

Car Giveaway
Again this year, Salisbury automotive dealers will team up to award a new car to a lucky United Way contributor. Five local dealers participated in the car giveaway for the successful 2005-06 United Way campaign, and the promotion generated a new level of excitement among companies and donors.
